You must Publish Results in order to share them with others. The publication of results is similar to the publication of your survey. You'll be able to link to it so that others can view the results.

The publication will display the results in the same format you use to view them from your SurveyFactory account. As a result, they can be sorted by whoever views the results.

You can password protect your survey results, restricting access to only those with whom you've shared the password. This way you don't have to make the results available to everyone if they include data you don't want shared.

You can also restrict which questions and content are published. You can choose to hide or display only one page or even specific questions. This way you can publish precisely the data you want published and nothing more.
